A classic re-invented: in “Mega Snake” the player guides a snake through the course. It is important that the snake does not touch itself, the side walls, or any rocks or other obstacles that she comes across – if she does, the player loses a life. Once all lives have been used up, the game is over.
While the snake is on her merry way, apples have to be consumed and gold coins collected – a good way to accumulate points. However, it’s bad for the snake’s figure – she is getting longer and longer. Pretty soon the huge body of the snake will make it increasingly difficult to navigate through the course.
The game may be played in the single player mode – or the whole world may be challenged – in pursuit of the ultimate high score. Luckily power-ups will help to gain an advantage. Somewhat annoying is the on-screen advertising.
