Hambo is – in a way – the pig-version of Rambo. The piglet is putting on his green headband and takes off to rescue his best friend Bacon, from the clutches of the evil military.

The warlike puzzler hands the player a gun. With a tap of the finger he is able to aim and fire the weapon – to gradually eliminate all enemies from the screen. At times the player has to shoot blocks of ice to pieces or be particularly fast, before an opponent is no longer available.

The challenge: the ammunition per level is limited. The player must therefore plan very carefully how he will proceed, before firing his first shot.

Conclusion:
Well, “Hambo” is somewhat reminiscent of “Angry Birds” – with a little to much of a martial influence. Is it really necessary to shoot your enemies right away?
